With over 20 years of experience within the
shopping center industry, Mr. Greene has served as President of Greene Property
Group and Senior Vice President at Colliers Monroe Friedlander in Honolulu. Mr.
Greene excels in technical areas including market strategy, merchandising, real
estate law, finance, project design and planning and is regarded as one of the
top retail property specialists in the western United States.
Mr. Greene has focused his career primarily
in Hawaii and California where he has represented many of the nation’s top
retailers and their real estate needs including strategic planning, site
selection, acquisition and store development. During his career, Mr. Greene has completed
more than 500 commercial transactions totaling over $1 Billion and has been
involved on over 7 million square feet of ground-up development. These projects have ranged from
free-standing retail, to shopping centers, industrial/office mixed use, and
residential subdivisions.

24 Hour Fitness, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, California Pizza
Kitchen, David’s Bridal, The Gap / Old Navy, Kohl’s, Longs Drug Stores/CVS,
PetSmart, Ross Dress For Less, The Sports Authority, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, and
Wal-Mart / Sam’s Club. Current developer
