Formerly a real estate attorney with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, Mr. Swedelson has spent the past 20 years as a business executive for several prominent real estate companies. Most recently, Mr. Swedelson was a principal at Diversified Equity Investment Corporation, a privately held real estate firm that owns and manages more than $250 Million of commercial properties located throughout the western United States.

Prior to Diversified, Mr. Swedelson served as principal and COO for Pacific Star Capital, a privately held real estate investment and management firm located in Los Angeles. In these positions, Mr. Swedelson was responsible for core organizational functions, including acquisition and disposition, financing, development, leasing, asset management, property management and operations, as well as oversight of the companies' legal affairs.

Before joining PSC, Mr. Swedelson served in the roles of Vice President, Leasing & Acquisition, and Corporate Real Estate Counsel for Robertson Properties Group in Los Angeles. At RPG, Mr. Swedelson oversaw the acquisition of more than $100 Million in commercial assets and was responsible for leasing activities of the company's commercial portfolio, which consisted of more than four million square feet of retail, office and industrial projects.  

Mr. Swedelson is a member of the California State Bar and is a licensed commercial real estate broker.
